Lead & Create training for Independent Choreographers

20 October–5 December 2025 – 7 weeks online

Freelance choreography often means leading from the middle — navigating vision, people and set backs all at once. This 7-week online course is designed to support you in that role.

Through a combination of flexible learning, peer support and live masterclasses led by coaches and specialists in leadership and the freelance dance sector, this course offers practical tools, reflective questions, and real-world support to help you lead your projects and collaborations with more clarity, confidence, and care.

The format:
– Weekly content to explore in your own time
– 2-hour online masterclasses with specialist guests
– A private LinkedIn group for peer connection
– Around 4 hours of learning per week
