Each of the sessions sparked questions and prompts for me to take things forward. The speakers provided interesting and useful materials to hinge discussions around and speaking to peers highlighted some new facets of leadership to think about and provided a spot light on some areas which I’d like to develop. This personal exploration was expertly guided and I’ve been to other leadership courses run for other sectors and they’ve never really scratched through the surface or provided such spaces of care.
