Neus was the first experience I had with a leader that consciously thinks about the health of her collaborators. There was a deep feeling of connection and attention that she established in the projects where you could sense that no matter what happened your interests would be considered.

At One Dance UK we are in conversation with Neus about how best to assist her in developing the platform she is creating as a forum to provide training in leadership skills for freelance choreographers covering subjects including employment law and Human Resource Management.

I care about being a successful leader, it’s my responsibility to care. That’s why I think this training is so important, to spark conversation, bring awareness and offer tools so more makers embrace and succeed in their duties and challenges as leaders.
